SMART™ TMB Peroxidase ELISA Substrate is a stabilized one component substrate that can detect horseradish peroxidase enzyme activity at high sensitivity. This product is stable with long shelf life, 4 years. We have formulated this based on our experience and which we routinely use in our laboratory. We want to offer this to everyone else at reasonable cost to them.

| Uses | Recommended for use with ELISA in any format, or Similar applications. |
| Method of Use | Add 100 uL of this substrate reagent directly to each washed and drained wells of a 96 well microplate using a multichannel pipettor (adjust volume accordingly to other size microplates used). Incubate for 5 to 10 minutes, not more than 10 minutes. Read the plate at 620nM using a microplate reader. Or stop the reaction by adding equal volume of a stop reagent (Item# 561002, see our catalog) and read the plate immediately at 450nM using a microplate reader. Reagent removed from the bottle should not be poured back to avoid contamination. |
