Provided as a ready to use one component reagent solutions in amber bottle. It is colorless and appear clear. Do not use is it shows any color.

Recommended for use with ELISA in any format, or Similar applications.

Add 100 uL of this substrate reagent directly to each washed and drained wells of a 96 well microplate using a multichannel pipettor (adjust volume accordingly to other size microplates used). Incubate for 5 to 10 minutes, not more than 10 minutes. Read the plate at 620nM using a microplate reader. Or stop the reaction by adding equal volume of a stop reagent (Item# 561002, see our catalog) and read the plate immediately at 450nM using a microplate reader. Reagent removed from the bottle should not be poured back to avoid contamination.

This product is safe to use at the concentration provided. This product does not contain any caustic material and is otherwise safe to use. Does not contain DMSO or DMF. No special protective equipment needed but recommended to use standard laboratory safety precautions. Refer to safety data sheet (SDS) for more information.

Recommended to store at 2°C to 8°C in dark in a refrigerator.

This product has a shelf life of 48 months (4 years) when stored in the dark at 2◦C to 8◦C as recommended.

Products may be shipped on ice pack at ambient temperature.
